What to expect
The purpose of this program is to create a safe and supportive space to explore the unique challenges of grief and loss. It is not a “how-to” guide, but rather a gentle container for reflection, expansion and transformation.
Together we discover how both personal inner work and the healing balm of community can help us move through grief — not only as a response to loss, but as a pathway into deeper living in every area of life.
Loss is not only the death of a loved one. It can be the loss of a job, a relationship or a home: anything in our lives that causes us to feel grief.
