Meditation & Sound Bath
CSL First City hosts a Meditation & Sound Bath every Monday at 7:15 PM at 93D Orange St. in St. Augustine. The evening opens with candle-lit intentions and guidance cards, then moves into a guided or music meditation with healing sound bowls. It is offered by love offering.

What to expect
We gather to set our intentions by lighting candles and speaking our intentions aloud, then draw guidance cards to open our hearts and minds.
From there, we move into a deeply restorative meditation: either a beautifully guided journey or an immersive music meditation accompanied by the healing resonance of sound bowls.
On the last Monday of each month, the circle also offers Group Biofield Tuning, a sound-healing practice that complements our meditation.
Good to know
Meditation & Sound Bath: common questions
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditation in which you rest while singing bowls and other instruments create layered, resonant tones. Most people sit or lie comfortably and simply listen.
What should I bring to the sound bath?
Just yourself. Wear comfortable clothes. You are welcome to bring a cushion, blanket or water.
